Lifestyle Fitness are looking for a Sales Superstar to join our highly successful sales impact team. The role will involve working across different clubs in order to drive performance and work on new club openings. The role would suit a high performing Membership Consultant or Sales Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
Creating and implementing a lead generation plan in order to maximise incoming enquires.
Provide a first class tour and service to prospective members who are looking to join.
Working alongside and upskilling existing club sales teams.
Communicating with prospective members through outbound calling to gain referrals and increase appointment levels.
2+ years sales experience is essential.
A confident communicator who can build rapport and develop relationships.
Consistent track record of delivering results against target.
Experience with pre-sale is advantageous.
Travel throughout the United Kingdom will be expected as part of the role, so a driving license and willingness to stay away from home is important. A DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
